Your transaction history stays local. When you use AI capture, the request streams through the backend to a model provider and the response streams back. AnytimeBudget does not keep a server-side copy of your ledger.

What leaves the device
AI capture shares the input you submit. With your consent, the assistant can also request relevant summaries and transaction excerpts. You can pin dates to limit access.
What stays local
Your saved transactions, categories, accounts, budgets, and historical ledger remain on the device unless you export them.

The full privacy policy names the providers and mechanics. The short version is simple: AI helps structure a request, not store your life.
